Aleck's story
Catcher. Teammate. Hard worker.
Anyone who knows Aleck knows two things — he loves baseball, and he is willing to do the work nobody sees. Early mornings. Late bullpens. Gear-bag-soaked summer practices. He has poured himself into the game since he was little.
Earning the role of varsity starting catcher this season was the result of years of effort. Summer league is the next step: more reps, better pitchers, and the kind of competition that turns a good catcher into a great one.
